Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of PratiPariksha. By accessing the platform you agree to them. If you are using PratiPariksha on behalf of an institution, you accept these Terms for that institution.

1. Accounts

Accounts are issued by your institution. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify your admin immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to cheat, gain unfair advantage, or bypass exam-security measures.
• Do not share, copy, or distribute exam questions or answers without authorisation.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the platform.
• Use the AI assistants respectfully and not for cheating during exams.

3. Exam Integrity

During exams the platform may enforce fullscreen, detect tab switches, and monitor loo breaks. Integrity violations may pause your exam and be reported to your institution, which decides on any consequences.

4. Content & Ownership

Questions, resources, and academic content belong to the institution or staff who created them. Teachers are responsible for ensuring content they upload (including from external sources or the web) is accurate and that they have the right to use it.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated questions and messages may contain errors. Teachers must review AI-generated questions before adding them to a question bank or using them in an exam. PratiPariksha is not liable for unreviewed AI content.

6. Availability & Liability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes & Contact
