PratiPariksha ("we", "us", "the platform") is an examination platform used by schools and colleges. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. By using PratiPariksha you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, admission/employee ID, email, date of birth, gender, role, and the school you belong to.
• Academic data: exam responses, marks, analytics, questions, resources, and activity created by your institution.
• Wellbeing data: the mood you optionally share before an exam (MoodBot).
• Exam integrity data: tab-switch / fullscreen events and loo-break timings during an exam.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to run examinations, show results and analytics to your institution, provide AI study/wellbeing assistance, and keep exams fair and secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI Features

PratiBot and MoodBot use a third-party AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate study questions and supportive messages. Prompts are sent to that provider to produce a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.

4. Data Sharing & Storage

Your data is visible to authorised staff of your own institution (teachers, admins) and platform super-admins for support. Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or deletion of your account, by contacting your institution's admin or us at the address below. Some academic records may be retained by your institution as required.

6. Children's Data

PratiPariksha is used by schools for students who may be minors. Accounts are created and managed by the institution acting in loco parentis. We process such data only on the institution's instructions.
